Thanks for visiting this site. My name is Sacha and I’m a fully qualified yoga teacher, hairstylist and colour technician.

I worked and trained with Toni& Guy for 15 years- annually updating my skills and training co-workers and apprentices whilst working in their busy Buxton salon.

I came to yoga at an early age, to balance the physical demands on the body of standing up all day and working around clients to colour, cut and dress hair. I have been teaching yoga to all levels of flexibility and ages since 2012.

Yoga Classes

Whether you want to approach a practice for increased flexibility and strength or for relaxation and mindfulness regular yoga classes offer you the opportunity to submerge into self-study, awareness and control.

If you’ve never tried yoga before and wondered about its effects I offer a free first-class pass. I’m trained in Iyengar yoga which lays emphasis on precision and detail in terms of alignment of the body and its energy channels in various different poses.

Classes consist of a physical sequence that firstly work to strengthen the body and improve awareness onto balancing the body and its more subtle elements. All sequences will finish with effective relaxation techniques and mindfulness towards breath patterns and their profound effects on performance and wellbeing.

One-to-One

Want to work on something more specific or deepen your practice? 1-2-1 sessions can be tailored exclusively for you and are perfect for those looking to gain confidence outside of the class environment.

These can be delivered in your own home or in a heated studio if you don’t have space or just want to get out of your house.

Private classes can be booked as a one-off or on a regular basis. Small groups and parties can also be catered for.
